### How It Works

1. **Community Hub:** Members join via https://startupberlin.co and request access through Typeform. Once approved, they get Slack workspace access with channels for #jobs, #events, #chat_berlin, and specialized topics.
2. **Automated Processing:** An bot monitors Slack channels (#jobs, #events), extract relevant information, and store structured data for display on the front page.
3. **Smart Curation:** Job postings are automatically validated and summarized. Events are parsed for dates, locations, and RSVP links. Both expire automatically (jobs after 31 days, events after occurrence).
4. **Public Access:** The directory at https://directory.startupberlin.co provides searchable, filterable access to startups, investors, accelerators, coworking spaces, events, and resources without requiring Slack membership.
